These terms cover verification, server access, Launcher/Chat, mod synchronization and community functions.
Rules and fair play
Server rules apply: respectful behavior, no griefing, no stealing, no cheats, hacks, dupes or exploits, no disruption of server operation.
Mods, launcher and manual installation
The official server mods are required. Launcher/Chat is the recommended safe method. Manual installation is allowed only if exactly the official mod-list files are active.
Character notice
New players start with a new character. A character already created on our server may continue. Characters from other servers, singleplayer or old test servers may be incompatible.
Availability and liability
The server is community-run. Permanent availability, data persistence, mod compatibility or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Access may be restricted or removed in case of abuse.
Privacy
Data processing is explained in the privacy notice. Verification processes only data required for access protection, security, moderation and support.
Trademarks, logos and game content
Windrose, related names, logos, graphics, game content and other identifiers may be third-party rights. Their use here is to describe our community server only. No ownership or official affiliation, partnership or endorsement is claimed unless expressly stated.

This page transparently explains what the Chat / Launcher is used for, which data is processed in the verification system and which alternative exists for players who do not want to use the launcher.
Manual mod use
If you do not want to use Launcher/Chat, you may install mods manually. Only the mods from the server mod list may be active. Other, old or third-party mods can cause game/client crashes, connection problems and corrupted character data.
