This privacy notice explains what data is processed during Windrose Varga-Tech EU Server verification, why it is required and what rights you have.
We process email address, Discord name, character name, IP address, user agent, timestamps, language setting, verification status, risk notes and technical security events. We do not ask for Steam, Discord or game account passwords.
Processing is used to provide verification, protect the server password, prevent abuse, ensure technical security, support moderation and handle support cases.
No Steam, Discord, game account, payment or player passwords are requested. The Magic Link is only for email confirmation.
Verification and security events may be reported internally to the server team via Discord webhook for moderation, abuse prevention and support.
Verification and security data is generally kept only as long as needed for access protection, security, moderation and support. Regular cleanup is designed for about 90 days; longer retention may be needed for abuse, bans or open support cases.
Within the legal framework, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also contact a competent data protection authority.
Launcher/Chat is the recommended safe method to keep server mods current. If you do not want to use it, you may follow the manual guide; only the exact mods from the server mod list may be active.
